Before taking their first step in designing technical outdoor gear and apparel, they determined that it wasn't worth doing if they didn't somehow stand out as being clearly different. This single condition spills into everything they do. It gets them up in the morning and wakes them up in the middle of the night; is it better, warmer, stronger, more breathable, does it stand out from the rest? Ground is determined to build the best technical apparel and gear with a new, fresh, innovative outlook. Using the most advanced fabrics and construction techniques, Ground's designs are both functional and performance driven. They are able to embody a new and different sense of style with every piece, filling that void and bringing excitement back to the customer. Wanting to do something better or different is easier said than done. The hard part is making that change to do something outside of your comfort zone. Having a goal in mind and struggling with success can result in disappointment or epiphany. Nothing compares to the rush you get when you face a physical challenge or overcome a fear in the wilderness, but the only way to get there is by holding your ground and making that crucial adjustment.
